Who we are
Arnav Traders is a wholesale-only saree and ethnic-wear manufacturer based in Surat, Gujarat, India. This policy applies to buyers, prospective buyers, and website visitors.
Information we collect
- Business details you provide during registration — company name, owner name, phone number, GSTIN or equivalent business ID, city, and state.
- Account credentials — email address and password (stored using industry-standard hashing by our authentication provider).
- Order information — items ordered, shipping address, and invoicing details required to fulfil the transaction.
- Usage data — pages viewed and interactions, used to improve the catalogue and prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to verify your trade account, quote wholesale pricing, fulfil orders, issue GST-compliant invoices, arrange shipping, and communicate about your business relationship with us. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Sharing with service providers
We share the minimum data required with logistics carriers (for shipping), payment processors (for settlement), and our hosting and authentication providers. These partners are bound by their own data-protection commitments.
Wholesale pricing gate
Product prices are served only to authenticated trade accounts. Pricing data is never included in the public website payload.
Retention
We retain business and order records for as long as required by Indian tax law (typically 8 years) and for legitimate business record-keeping. Account information is retained while your account is active; you may request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account data by writing to
privacy@arnavtraders.com. Requests are typically actioned within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, when enabled, are limited to aggregate usage metrics.
