Last updated: 14 July 2026. These terms govern wholesale purchases from Arnav Traders. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Trade-only sales
Arnav Traders sells to registered businesses only — retailers, boutiques, resellers, dropshippers, and export houses. Individual consumers should shop through our retail partners.
2. Account verification
Trade accounts require a valid GSTIN (domestic) or equivalent business registration or import-export code (international). We may request supporting documents before unlocking wholesale pricing.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed to logged-in trade accounts are ex-works Surat and exclude GST, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
4. Orders and MOQ
Minimum order quantities are set per design and shown on each product page. Orders are provisional until we confirm stock availability in writing. We reserve the right to decline any order.
5. Payments
We accept RTGS/NEFT, UPI, PayPal, and Wise. First-time and large orders may require a 30% advance. Full payment is due before dispatch unless a credit arrangement is agreed in writing.
6. Dispatch
We aim to dispatch within 48 business hours of cleared payment. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. We are not liable for carrier delays but will share tracking and assist with claims.
7. Duties and taxes
International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.
8. Returns and defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported with photographs within 7 days of delivery. Approved defects are eligible for replacement or credit note. Colour variance, weaving irregularities, and hand-finish differences are inherent to handloom textiles and are not treated as defects.
9. Intellectual property
Product photography, descriptions, and design catalogues remain the property of Arnav Traders. Trade buyers may re-use them for reselling the specific pieces purchased, with attribution where appropriate.
10. Limitation of liability
Our liability on any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
